Claire Kilgore grew up in the foothills of Northeastern Tennessee and began photography in early 2017 after she was gifted an analog camera from her parents. Over the past few years, Claire has photographed multiple artists, concerts, and landscapes around the world. Claire specializes in film photography but also offers digital. Most recently, her work was featured in Kingsport, TN at The Renaissance Center where she won the “People’s Choice Award” for her black & white photograph of a bison.

After being born and raised in Appalachia, she spent five years in Nashville collaborating with other artists to help her create her own photography style before returning to her hometown roots. Her work captures an appreciation of both the beauty of nature and people in our world.
